For about six years, I did stand-up comedy every night as a hobby after work. Then the Pandemic hit, and my wife got pregnant, so no more going to bars. I turned to Youtube as a creative outlet. First, I did a late-night talk show-style interview series, then comedy bits; then, I switched to cooking on a flat-top grill because I cooked for a living and had some knowledge. The cooking videos did way better than the others, so I stuck with that and have been doing it for 2.5 years.
